These Terms of Service govern your use of FintoolKit BankBridge ("the Software") provided by FintoolKit ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use FintoolKit BankBridge on devices associated with your licensed email address. The license is tied to the corporate email address provided at activation.
You may not:
A free 25-day trial is available upon verification of a valid corporate email address. The trial requires an internet connection for activation. After 25 days, continued use requires purchase of a license.
Your license includes all future updates to FintoolKit BankBridge at no additional charge. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You assume all responsibility for selecting the Software to achieve your intended results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FintoolKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We collect only what is necessary to operate your license. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you use FintoolKit BankBridge we collect:
Your email address and license status are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Data is retained for the duration of your license and for up to 2 years after expiry for record-keeping purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@fintoolkit.io. We will delete your email address and license record within 30 days. Note that deleting your data will deactivate your license.
The FintoolKit BankBridge desktop application does not use cookies. The fintoolkit.io website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
FintoolKit BankBridge is intended for professional business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

Email support@fintoolkit.io with your order number and the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
FintoolKit BankBridge includes a free 25-day trial that requires no payment. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Software during the trial period before purchasing.
Upon issuing a refund your license will be deactivated and access to the Software will be restricted. The Software may be reinstalled if you purchase again in the future.
